1. Prioritize Wellness.

While college can be a ton of fun, it can also be stressful at times. By prioritizing wellness even when things are going great, you can minimize your stress when it comes time for midterms or finals. Some simple things you can do to prioritize your own physical and mental health include practicing mindfulness, establishing a regular exercise schedule, and maintaining a healthy well-balanced diet.

3. Take advantage of the University Recreation facilities.

The U of A Recreation Center offers a multitude of opportunities for you to stay active. Whether you want to work on weight lifting at one of their two indoor fitness centers or just play a little badminton, taking the time to stay active can add huge value to your undergraduate experience. Also, the majority of these resources are included in your tuition so take advantage of everything while you can!
