The Emerging Leaders program is an exciting and engaging leadership development program designed for first year students and others seeking to develop their leadership skills. This eight-week program provides students a chance to meet new people, explore new ideas, and become more involved in university-wide leadership opportunities including student government, student organization officer positions, residence hall leadership, and student mentors positions.
The Fall 2016 semester will host two afternoon Emerging Leaders sessions to participate in from 4:00pm-5:30pm: Group 1 will meet on Wednesdays and Group 2 will meet on Thursdays.
Emerging Leaders Student Applications are now available and will be accepted through Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 5:00PM. The Emerging Leaders program is open to all first-year students. Sophomores are encouraged to apply and will be reviewed and considered for acceptance into the program by the Emerging Leaders staff on a case-by-case basis.

Emerging Leaders Facilitator Applications are available and will be accepted through Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 5:00PM. It is preferred that facilitators are graduates of the Emerging Leaders program, though this is not required. Applications are open to both undergraduate and graduates students. In addition to completing the application below, facilitator applicants will also be required to interview with the Lead Emerging Leaders Facilitators .
